All products sold on Yarnio are handmade crochet products.

Due to the handmade nature of our items:

Slight variations in color, stitching, shape, texture, or size may naturally occur.
Minor differences between product photos and delivered products are normal and are not considered defects.
We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, but actual colors may vary depending on device screens, lighting conditions, and photography.

We reserve the right to:

Modify product descriptions
Discontinue products
Limit quantities
Refuse orders at our discretion

3. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to:

Accept or reject any order
Cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders
Refuse bulk or reseller purchases
Request additional verification before processing an order

Orders are confirmed only after successful verification and processing.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We may offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for eligible orders.

We reserve the right to:

Disable COD for certain customers, products, locations, or order values
Reject high-risk or suspicious COD orders
Cancel repeated fake or unaccepted COD orders

Customers who repeatedly refuse COD deliveries may be restricted from placing future COD orders.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges may be added during checkout.
Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers, including Razorpay.
Yarnio does not store complete payment card details on its servers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders using trusted courier partners, including Delhivery.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

Courier issues
Weather conditions
Remote delivery locations
Public holidays
Festivals
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery, Yarnio is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.

8. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

Stock unavailability
Pricing errors
Suspected fraud
Operational issues

In such cases, any eligible payment received will be refunded.
