Refund policy

At Yarnio, we create handmade crochet bouquets, keychains, amigurumi toys, and personalized gifts with care and attention to detail. We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

How to Request a Return

You can request a return directly through your Yarnio account:

  1. Log in to My Account.

  2. Go to the Orders section.

  3. Open the order containing the item you wish to return.

  4. Click the Return button next to the eligible item.

  5. Submit your return request.

Please note:

  • The Return button is available only for eligible items and is displayed for up to 7 days after delivery.

  • All return requests are manually reviewed by our team.

  • Once approved, Yarnio will arrange a pickup from your delivery address whenever pickup service is available in your area.

  • Return instructions will be provided after approval.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective item

  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Used, washed, or altered products

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

As all Yarnio products are handmade, slight variations in color, size, shape, stitching, or appearance may occur. These variations are a natural characteristic of handmade products but still if you are not satisfied with product then you can return it.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, you may return the eligible item (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.

Return Shipping & Pickup

For approved returns, Yarnio will arrange pickup of the returned item whenever pickup service is available at your location.

If pickup service is unavailable in your area, alternative return instructions will be provided.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.

Please note that banks, payment gateways, and financial institutions may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us.
