As our products are handmade, each order requires preparation time before shipping.

During festive seasons, sales, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

We currently ship across India using trusted courier partners, including Delhivery.
Courier partners may vary depending on service availability and delivery location.

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are:

Shipping Charges

We may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or minimum order values from time to time.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible orders.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including:

Yarnio is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, additional re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged, Tampered, or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or if any item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us investigate and resolve the issue promptly, please provide:

Claims submitted after the reporting period may not be eligible for review.
