FLAT 100 OFF ON PREPAID ORDERS

At Yarnio, we take great pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. Every item is handmade with love and inspected carefully before shipping. Because of the nature of our products, our policy is slightly different from standard mass-market e-commerce sites.

1. Returns & Replacements

We generally do not accept returns due to a “change of mind.” However, we are happy to offer a Free Replacement or Refund in the following specific cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received the wrong item (incorrect color/design from what was ordered).

Note on Handmade Quality: Please remember that our products are 100% handmade. Slight variations in stitch tension, size (1-2 cm difference), or color due to screen resolution differences are natural and are not considered defects.

2. How to Initiate a Return

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

  1. Report the Issue: Email us at [Insert Email] or WhatsApp us at [Insert Number] within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Attach Proof: You must attach a clear unboxing video or photos showing the damage/defect.
  3. Approval: Our team will review your request within 24 hours.
  4. Pickup/Self-Ship:
    • If we offer reverse pickup: We will arrange a courier to pick up the item.
    • If we don’t cover specific pincodes: You may be asked to self-ship the item. We will reimburse standard shipping charges (up to ₹40) upon receipt.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and inspect it:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • If you paid via COD (Cash on Delivery), we will request your bank account or UPI details to transfer the amount.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or personalized orders (e.g., a bag with your name on it).
  • Items purchased during a “Clearance Sale.”
  • Products with obvious signs of use, wear, or washing.

5. Cancellations

  • Standard Orders: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, if the product has already been shipped, a cancellation is not possible.
  • Custom/Made-to-Order: For custom orders, cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of booking. Once we start knitting/crocheting your specific design, the order cannot be cancelled.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your bank (it often takes some processing time before a refund is officially posted).
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at yarniostore@gmail.com.
