Thank you for choosing Yarnio! We put a lot of love and care into packaging and shipping your handmade crochet treasures. Please read our policy below to understand how your order will reach you.

1. Processing Time (The “Making” Time)

Since many of our products are handcrafted with care, we need time to prepare your order before it is handed over to the courier.

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched within [1-2] business days.
  • Made-to-Order/Custom Items: These are specially made for you! Please allow [5-7] business days for us to craft your product before dispatch.

Note: We do not ship on Sundays or National Holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship across India. Our standard delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur around public holidays or due to unforeseen weather conditions.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS notification with a Tracking ID and a link to track your package. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking status to update after you receive the link.

4. Courier Partners

We work with trusted logistics partners (such as Delhivery, Xpressbees, Shiprocket, etc.) to ensure your parcel reaches you safely.

5. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address and contact number (ensure it is WhatsApp enabled if possible) at checkout.

  • Yarnio is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging. However, if your package arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Do not accept the shipment from the courier.
  2. Take a photo of the damaged box if possible.

7. International Shipping
